3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience at Spryker. We are glad to read that you appreciated some of the benefits we offer, such as unlimited PTO and 100% insurance coverage.
However, we are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to provide you with an overview of the steps we have taken to improve the situation at Spryker as a result of your feedback:
* We have implemented a process for reporting any concerning cases that is available to all Sprykees through our Inclusive Culture & Belonging Partner.
* We redefined our strategic approach to core markets and have hired new leadership roles in the US. Our People Innovation Partnering Team is providing them with support to lead and guide the team toward our objectives.
* All Sprykees can contact People & Culture at any time, either directly on Slack, via email, or through our anonymous regular feedback surveys.
Lastly, at Spryker, we truly believe that being excited (even) on Mondays, cheering for each other every day, and working toward a single goal, with one drive, one passion, is what defines us as a herd. And we are enabling all of our Sprykees to act accordingly.
