      Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Toxic culture full of casual sexism and hate speech, even from executive level. Management never held accountable. No real opportunities for growth or advancement. Constant shifts in structure. An unstable, unsatisfying place to work, especially for women.

      The work is easy. When there is work to do.

      Cons

      They lay people off constantly. There is ZERO loyalty. No one is there for a long period of time. They buy expensive equipment and never use it.
