      Pros

      Best job I've had by far, feel very supported by my team. The flexibility and true work from home is a massive perk. Private health and RSU's are also great perks.

      Can sometimes feel siloed in your role in terms of work.

      Pros

      mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
