Small, intimate company with a "family-owned" feel. The president and all of senior management know every employees name and greet you by name in the hallway or lunchroom. Great benefits and work environment. Work parties, gatherings and activities are frequent and always well attended.

Because of the great benefits, people tend to stay with the company for a long time therefore there is not much room for professional growth and development. Also, it's in the suburbs so the public transit (Pace Bus) can be somewhat unreliable.

Benefits were great. People are great.

SRDS isn’t nearly as important to advertising agencies as it once was and therefore business with media companies and publishers are very hard to come by
