5yThank you so much for sharing your experience and thoughts. We appreciate it! You are right — the leaders here at Sryas are quite approachable. They give newcomers a platform to speak and share their ideas! The don't stop at listening and always implement those ideas! It's a gratifying feeling. In regard to investments in R&D, the company has made significant changes since 2014. Great changes to ramp up the product and services started back in 2016 and it has been an ongoing effort. As for the poor work-life balance, HR has been following up with employees to make sure they're taking their entitled days off — because we often notice that employees get so involved with their work that they don't prioritize their time off. This is critical because making sure employees pursue their interests helps them be their best at work.
