I enjoyed my time with the St. Louis Rams. I learned from them how to be creative. How to put my heart and soul into everything I did. They encouraged thinking for yourself and problem solving was a must.

As much as I loved working for the Rams, it was extremely long hours.

The pay at the Edward Jones Dome is pretty decent. As an intern I got $11 an hour, but I wouldn't be happy making that having graduated from college.

Expect you to know everything too quickly. My first time working I did a great job because I had managed a decent amount of people, reflective of how much work experience I had. The second day I was given a much larger stand to manage and I made mistakes. Given it was my second day, I didn't get any slack from my supervisor, instead I got attitude about how slow I was being.
