      Pros

      A cohesive, tight-knit and fun atmosphere to work for, opportunity to volunteer with the community, a chance to work in the sports/entertainment industry, and many company perks like concert, sports, and other local event tickets.

      Cons

      Unfortunately because of the high demand for a job in the NFL, the work schedule has many long days, low pay, and little recognition.

      Pros

      The pay at the Edward Jones Dome is pretty decent. As an intern I got $11 an hour, but I wouldn't be happy making that having graduated from college.

      Cons

      Expect you to know everything too quickly. My first time working I did a great job because I had managed a decent amount of people, reflective of how much work experience I had. The second day I was given a much larger stand to manage and I made mistakes. Given it was my second day, I didn't get any slack from my supervisor, instead I got attitude about how slow I was being.
