Pros
- Good spot for a 2 year experience if you like stress. - The clients will be either cool or super stuck up that will make you want to punch them to act right. Luckily the clients are pretty nice if you are, I wish I can say that about the security company.
Cons
- Management is horrible - The pay is garbage - the hours are beyond the lowest I ever seen in a company - Communication is the worse where everyone will say they did say something and never did, happen to people that did nothing and got fired. - No overtime at all! - They don’t pay you back if you work at a mall or some place that you have to pay for parking and they’re supposed to but don’t. - Everyone lies in the company to get ahead or stab each other for a benefit for themselves. - The clothes they provide is bar far the worse on quality and get ready to keep asking for them bc they will tear apart in two or three months. - If you come to this company don’t believe the people who hire you, they will lie to you about benefits and hours and hourly pay. ( I lost my entire benefits because of a lazy HR can’t do her job correctly). Stay away from this company and don’t be fooled by the people who say it’s a good company because they just want you to come work for them and you’ll get more pay at a McDonald’s then this company.
