We believe guiding people around home ownership puts added responsibility on our front line staff to be experts in several fields, including finance, property, construction & legal, all the while exercising best customer care practices in order to serve our customers. To that end, we invest in our staff heavily. Our staff undergo diligent & meticulous training, call & meeting reviews, one on one deal reviews and more, to ensure we provide the best outcome and process for our clients.
We do understand that this level of support is unusual in the industry and may be a new challenge for some. However, a lot of our employees appreciate the support and the value that comes with it and we believe this ultimately is to the benefit of our clients to best serve them in their home ownership or investment journey.
