Pros

I've been with Stable for nearly three years now. I started off full-time and last summer went part-time. I can set my own hours and work various sales campaigns and as a consequence I've become quite flexible and adaptable to new sales products, services, and industries. I can work from home so no more awful commutes to an office. The pay is good and gets better the longer you work on a campaign. You can set your own hours (within certain parameters, daytime of course - the clients' business hours, not yours) and since I live and work in North America it works out well. This is NOT the kind of freelance agency where you bid lower and lower for a job against others. You bid for jobs, but not against thousands of others. Management is pretty easy to deal with, my fellow sales reps are awesome and supportive and the Stable support team is pretty good too.

Cons

The company portal is still a little behind technologically, it offers its challenges.

Pros

I couldn't work for a better company that allows me to set my own hours, work from home and utilize my Inside Sales skills to the best of my ability. There are always opportunities for work and the Management team is always very helpful and willing to provide the best coaching/trailing to take your skills to the next level. There is truly no other freelance company that I'd work for!

Cons

I can't say that are any cons that I've experienced working here.

Pros

Flexibility. Framework to work on a very varied platform which allows professionalism, autonomy and great opportunities to display your skill set.

Cons

Honestly, none. Room to possibly engage in multiple opportunities - at the same time.
