Pros

Competitive salary Solid technical teams and comprehensive documentation User-friendly platform that’s easy to sell Initially well-structured organization and thoughtful decision-making from the top

Cons

Management in EMEA often lacks leadership training; promotions based on tenure rather than ability Too many managers, many more focused on pleasing leadership than supporting teams or growing the market Internal communication is disorganized and relies almost entirely on Slack, important updates often get lost or duplicated Unrealistic quarterly targets, disconnected from market realities and seasonality High pressure and growing instability, sudden unexplained resignations are becoming more frequent

Pros

Everything done today is in the name of investor returns once they go public. It's a challenge to name many positive aspects lately. There was a time when StackAdapt truly buzzed with energy — everyone seemed to enjoy their work and got along well. Unfortunately, that vibe has significantly faded over time. If you're thinking about joining, it's a good idea to make sure you know what you're getting into.

Cons

Leadership quality has drastically declined, and it’s clear that many sales managers in these roles are unfit for their positions. They contribute very little, take credit for successes that aren’t theirs, and dodge accountability when things go wrong. On the product front, StackAdapt lacks meaningful differentiation from its competitors.
