-remote work with typically healthy work/life balance -collaborative coworkers -exciting product and company future -bootstrapped, so more of a sense of shared ownership among colleagues

-like any startup, there have been hiccups and shifts in business direction. that being said, the reasoning has always been clearly owned and/or articulated by management -relatively long interview process to hire someone new. but being a bootstrapped startup, this also makes sense -few in-person meetups

- amazing culture, no toxicity - feedback is transparent in both ways - not the CEO just telling you what you need to change without accepting feedback - amazing mission that actually makes a difference in the world of fake news - incredibly smart people who I have a pleasure to work with every day - generous benefits that I wish I had had in previous companies where I actually needed them the most

- remote means we don’t see each other a lot, which is a bummer - remote also means you need to go the extra mile to communicate and collaborate so if you’re naturally not good at that, this context might not work for you
