      Pros

      Stacks Pharmacy was a great place to work where you felt appreciated all the time, there were great perks given by management such as christmas bonus, a quarterly social fund for all staff to go out together. you would get a random e-mail saying to buy ice creams for everyone. we got a xmas party and a summer family day out,. there is in house training and you are actively encouraged to avail of this.

      Cons

      The shops are very busy and you never seem to get a minute.

      Supportive colleagues. Employees enjoy generous discounts on store items, and management is very flexible swapping or changing shifts is rarely ever a problem

      High turnover rate, a bullying culture from management, poor communication from management, and chronic overwork lead to low morale and frequent burnout
