Pros

A casual attitude permeates the corporate environment. There is a high level of diversity among the corporate staff members with a very evident acceptance of different cultures and various lifestyles.

Cons

The casual attitudes contributes to a hostile work environment, from my experience. Regardless of one's sexual orientation, dressing to highlight your body in a sexual manner when going to work is unprofessional and inappropriate. No one in a professional workplace should have to see a co-worker of either sex wearing an article of clothing so tight or revealing that nothing is left to the imagination. I witnessed (on more than one occasion) an individual in a position of authority to openly flirt with much younger individuals, saying things to them that cause them to blush. This is unacceptable in a workplace, whether it is between people of different genders or the same gender.
