Pros
Absolutely no pros to working here. Very unorganized and borderline abusive company.
Cons
Abusive company. Negligent on so many levels. Lack of loyalty to their longer term employees. Safeguards and protects a specific abusive employee that has been reported by many staff members for harassment and extreme bullying. HR & management intimidate employees that file for Ada accommodations. I watched a fellow employee fear losing her job after applying for an accommodation. Why treat one of the 2 long term employees like they have committed a crime because they asked for a quiet space. Open floor office plan with music playing constantly, while expecting everyone to be productive & in office 8 hours day is ridiculous. During slow months you are still expected to sit at the desk & pretend to work while management ignored the fact everyone has nothing to do. Constant revolving door of new hires & fires. During my time it was a firing spree every 1-3 months. I watched over 15 people leave the company by firing in a 1.5 year period of employment. Mental health declined rapidly due to fearfulness of losing your job out of nowhere in any given day. I thankfully was one of 4 people who made it out alive and was able to get out of that horrible company on my own accord. Bragging on “amazing pto allowances” and then guilting employees for using the pto is a common practice here. Expecting employees to be on call even though it wasn’t stated in hiring expectations. It is never managements fault on anything. Miscommunication is a constant. They forget they have conversations with employees, give instructions to complete tasks a certain way, and then belittle the employee for completing the task as asked, because they forgot they asked it if them, or decided they no longer wanted it completed In that way. Don’t waste your time at this company- you will wish you took a retail or serving job over working here.
