I have a job with decent pay Have programs to get extra money Nice vechile

Alot has changed since we merged with stake center My number one thing that has chanced is that I am a rural locator and my tickets aren't close to my house and not being able to clock in at home and clock out when I get home has really put some dislike in the company that is 10000 dollars I am missing out on a yr and that is on straight time , they have cut our hours by doing this and that takes away our over time and thats not fair when u ha e good locators why take away these benefits. Second the routing thing coming down the pipes, this is my ninth year locating, and when I was taught, and every job I've taken, you have to agree with being able to route yourself having good skills in doing that, being able to talk to your contractors schedule at your tickets and stake center has taken all that away from us, we can't accommodate. Our contractors, if need to be because we're on a routing. Schedule now and just with all my years experience.I don't think it's fair that you've taken away our freedom of doing what we do best.

Pros

Our teams feel like a family, and there is a direct connection with each department whenever questions or support are needed. There are also strong opportunities for advancement for those who demonstrate a solid work ethic and commitment to growth. At the end of the day, this is the best locate company I have ever been a part of. While there is always room for improvement, the fact that our concerns and ideas are genuinely heard and acted upon speaks volumes. It shows that management values its team, and it creates a culture where both technicians and leaders feel respected, supported, and motivated every day.

Cons

Managers often have additional responsibilities that can take time away from their primary focus, which should be managing their teams and maintaining safety and quality at all times. Many of these added tasks can pull attention away from day-to-day operations. Communication could also be improved across all levels to ensure expectations, updates, and support are clearly shared from every direction.
