      Pros

      Interesting work, exciting product, passionate colleagues.

      Cons

      Decisions felt rushed and changed very quickly, meaning a lot of work felt incomplete. Often didn't feel empowered by my manager, and received a lot of conflicting feedback so never really knew where I stood.

      Firstly, we are glad to hear you enjoyed working on our product, but we are sorry that your experience wasn't what we hope for. Being agile, fast-paced and flexible has its pros and cons and we can understand the balance of juggling that.
