Pros
This company has one of the best cultures to work for. The management was very open to listening and was there to help anytime I had a question I didn't understand. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is interested in getting involved in IT or technology sales.
Cons
Training program was more about learning about all the things we sold instead of the sales process and how to develop the sales process effectively. Learning the sales process and questions to be asking would have helped to build more confidence now that I know the process more thoroughly.
