You can get away with anything. No matter what you do, you won't get fired. (Unless you are caught stealing) You just have to do your job to the absolute bare minimum and you will probably get promoted. As long as you can sweet talk, you will be fine. So if you are looking for a job to be able to get away with anything and everything, tell them one thing during the interview and then start and say oh I can only do this and get it, this is the place for you. Oh and if you are party of the LGBT community, this is also the place for you. You will be able to do whatever since they will be afraid that you will use your orientation against them so you will never get in trouble, they are afraid of you. And to anyone else, threatened a lawsuit or make them think you might and they will then become afraid of you and you will be able to do whatever you want.

The people who do nothing will be the ones who get the praise and promotion. You will not get help for anything but be expected to do everything. The upper management does talk crap and make fun of team members behind closed doors. Don't expect to get anything but stupid promo items from HR. HR will go behind your back and will not support you when you need help. There is absolutely zero work life balance. You are just a number to them.
