      Cons

      The company lacks clear and employee-friendly policies, as decisions often seem to be made arbitrarily by the management. There is no work-life balance, with mandatory Saturday working and overly strict conditions for granting compensatory offs. The overall work environment feels more like a factory than an IT company, with little to no focus on employee satisfaction or professional growth. Not recommended !!!!

      A great place to work if your are looking to build strong tecnical and professional skills. The company provide plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies. Good mentorship

      Pros

      None- The CEO is from non-tech background and uses claude for coding. He doesn't know a single line to write a code himself. The company policies are pathetic and will treat you as if you are working in a Factory

      Everything from salaries to company culture and to other benefits(which they do not have any)
