      - Employee focus - Good compensation -Amazing benefits -Best people management I've met in a software company so far - Interesting projects

      Cons

      - It's an outsource company so it depends on what client you will work for, but, even in case of unsatisfying client management will always support its employees. From what I know everyone who was leaving the company had a very good opinion about it.
