Always get at least 40 hours a week, paid insurance but it’s got very low coverage ($6,000 maximum benefits per year) , safe working environment
Cons
Safety is great but sometimes hinders your job performance, micromanaged by everybody with more seniority than you so you might get 5 people telling you how to do whatever task you’re working on at the time.
