Pros

I have been at StarChapter for just over 3 years and have accomplished so many personal goals as well as helped achieve business goals. Even with being a recent graduate when hired, they gave me respect, freedom, and truly valued my opinion, which was the best thing I could have asked for in a job/company. Over the last 3 years, my responsibilities, abilities as a designer, and skill set/knowledge have grown exponentially, and I can say I truly love what I do and am valued here at StarChapter. As a graphic designer here, I am on a few different teams (design, marketing, development, and assist with support) which means I get to help all aspects of the company and work alongside everyone here which is such a rewarding experience. There are also so many opportunities to learn new things everyday and grow within the company. Management is always making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed and grow in their positions. They recognize everything you do at weekly meetings and reward good work at yearly reviews. The atmosphere at StarChapter is one of the best things about the company. The people, including management, are overall great people that are extremely hard working, dedicated, and caring. The sales and implementation/support teams (as well as all other teams) care a lot about our customers and genuinely want them to succeed. It’s amazing to see all teams work together to make these volunteers jobs easier by the amazing support and care they give them.

Cons

With being a smaller but very successful company there is a lot of work to do. This can be overwhelming at times, but everyone works hard and gives each other the support they need to get the job done with confidence and a smile.

Pros

WFH 3 days a week

Cons

Depressing in office environment, Was forced to be in office but my co-workers got full exemptions from it. There were days where I was 1 of 2 people in this office, Most of the time there would be 3 people max. I drove 1.5 hours to get to this office to "collaborate." But with who???????
