Pros
With having little experience in software previously, Starchapter's team is extremely helpful. They want all of their employees to succeed and give you plenty of resources. The management is wonderful and they are all eager to help. They cater to each employees skill set and always encouraged us to seek more responsibility within the company. Even though my time at Starchapter was short, I have learned so much and have been given so much feedback on my strengths and areas of improvement. This company is definitely somewhere you can grow. The team here may be small, but everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Cons
There really is not a training structure or manual per say, which might be helpful for some who come in with no background, but then again the employees and management are extremely dedicated to helping an individual grow and provide sufficient training.
