Pros
1. StarClinch provides performance artists to events so it is easy for us staff to get access to amazing events and parties at discounted price or for free! 2. Co-workers are amazingly cool with good taste in music, play instruments, sing and a nice bunch to hang out with 3. Since this is still a small company, the work environment is relaxed and one gets to juggle a lot of hats. Very important for developing skills fast 4. I get to really take ownership of my work and deliver my best 5. Most employees (including the senior management) really care about artists and the culture of performance art in general.
Cons
Saturday is working but it generally ends in us going to an event or party together
