Pros
-Great for people who like working autonomously on a continued project, but with ample support when required. -Other employees are friendly, sociable and happy to help you out - there's a great culture of collaboration here and everyone is genuinely interested and passionate about their work. - Loads of socials - there's opportunity to get involved in outings such as escape rooms, bowling, pub trips etc.
Cons
StarLeaf is constantly in dynamic change, which is great because they are clearly growing all the time but it can at times feel a little disorganised and chaotic. I personally didn't mind, but someone who likes to get very settled in a particular role and get comfortable might find themselves uprooted. Such is the nature of fast growing startups :)
