A vast reach to a large number of vendors and channel partners

Everything else (unrealistic KPIs and targets are set on purpose, employees health and well being is overlooked, management think that you are all replaceable because the "business is coming anyways, with or without you", VERY high turnover, weak compensation in comparison to your market worth, HR treats you the way the management wants... Many other cons unfortunately)
