Pros
Good first time job in the industry, at least you get some experience.
They organise once or twice a year some training/specialization courses which are useful to have and know but are rather time consuming.
Might find 1-3 cool, helpful colleagues, if they still work there anymore. Get in, get what you want to learn then fly away from here quickly.
Cons
Monotonous, repetitive, grunt work. Get overloaded with no end in sight. Expect to work alone or with 1 colleague on new year. Expect empty promises and no benefits. It feels incredibly unrewarding. No career advancement opportunities and when you receive your “sidegrade” (as opposed to an upgrade), expect no real training. Unjustifiably high volume of work, low salary compared to other similar jobs.
