Great pay. Salary was easily negotiated before start date. The owner is amazing!

When hired, my direct supervisor told me they were not a micromanager, which turned out to be heavily untrue. I was extremely qualified and had vast knowledge need for the position but was treated as if it was my first day in the mortgage industry. One of the operations managers was extremely rude to everyone, made frequent mistakes, and blamed everyone around them but themselves or simply ignored the problem.

You can come and go as you please.

They don't really follow compliance lending rules. They get audited often. The CEO is way to involved in Loan scenarios that do not require his attention. If your not part of the cool kid club "IN CROWD" then you pretty much get ignored. Not a good employer and they really don't know what they are doing.
