Pros
At Stargazer there is plenty of room for growth and space to learn. During my time as an employee, I experienced a positive team culture. I was given the chance to expand my role and try out various different responsibilities.
Cons
As a young company founded by young entrepreneurs, the team structure and leadership was initially lacking, and the budget for salary was not ideal if you're an experienced influencer marketing professional.
