      Technology - we have a product that is innovative and setting the baseline for the market New CHRO - We finally have a CHRO that speaks in simple language and gets the importance of building teams and talent development Opportunity to define the next chapter for the company Balanced Leadership team of legacy leaders and new executives from well named public companies

      People hold onto the past - some resistance to do things a new way....this is changing The infrastructure needs work - out process and systems don't match the scale we have reached as a global company

      Pros

      Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.

      Work may feel unstructured sometimes but not uncommon with R&D roles
