Pros

The management was very good about trying to teach the interns something. Engineers on the team were willing to help when I had questions.

Cons

Interns were underutilized and management hid a lot of the day to day operations of the company. Interns were very isolated from many meetings and other project goings on.

Pros

Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.

Cons

Work may feel unstructured sometimes but not uncommon with R&D roles
