      Pros

      The best thing about Starkey is working for a company that helps better the lives of many. Most employees are passionate about this cause and it shows in their work and their attitudes. Starkey invests a lot of resources on their employees and it shows. I find it to be a fast-paced, challenging work culture, but the rewards are equal to the challenge. The benefits / compensation package is very generous and the work we do is meaningful. My co-workers work hard, but take the time to have fun and enjoy the work day. I am pleased with my decision to work at Starkey!

      I cannot think of any downsides to working at Starkey.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.

      Work may feel unstructured sometimes but not uncommon with R&D roles
