      Pros

      Starkey is such a great company to work for. I personally find it motivating working at a company with the focus on designing products that will help people hear better so that they can live better lives. It's a great working environment as well where everyone is happy to set aside time to help you.

      Cons

      Communication across different departments can improve, but there's always room for improvement within any company.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.

      Work may feel unstructured sometimes but not uncommon with R&D roles
