      Pros

      Diverse workforce, good ratio of men and women, and a good amount of women in leadership.

      Cons

      As mentioned in the title the one tough part about this company is because many of its clients are governments they move and behave like a public entity, which makes the pace slower for people used to the fast pace of innovation. Though management is good and the culture within the teams is positively neutral, there is little insight into career growth for many of the roles.
