I was an SPM graduate, and this company accepted my application, and i got into GRAB project. They teach you basics, even from typing skills, how to communicate, very fun environment, have annual dinner, "hot seat" type of working, You can request for leave easily. A lot of shift, flexible. Free transport shuttle.
Cons
Salary is less then average, 6 days a week, need to OT to get better pay. Unpaid leave for your sick leave, eventhough you have the MC cert.
