      Very supportive Caters to needs of schedule (within reason) Can drop to part or go up to full time Can change business line Paid training

      Most contracts are extremely stressful Due to nature of position, you can meet some nasty people who work there

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
