The system doesn't work AT ALL!!! The people who are supposed to train you know exactly what you know which is nothing. The pay is horrible for call center work... you have to learn more than 10 different systems that are not easy to learn in the small amount of time they give you. The training is not adequate. There is no practice system so you have to learn in live accounts which is HORRIBLE. They are clueless! All of the tech people are from the Phillipines and they have no idea what is wrong this thoroughly flawed system. I missed half of my at home training because my system was not working. Horrible experience.
