      healthy work environment /clean facilities cool systems and tools interesting people / coworkers

      h.r. sometimes unresponsive to employee concerns sniper QAs out to kill agents promotions seem to be according to friendliness level with team leads

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
