Pros

Overtime opportunities mean you can get time and a half or even double time pay frequently when the center has need for more representatives online. Great environment for honing your customer service skills and multitasking abilities (altering accounts while chatting with customer). Friendly coaches who are really willing to support you in improving specific metrics.

Cons

Large workplace with center, team and client level demands changing continuously. Must be comfortable with frequent changes in employer expectations to survive here. Good times and bad times. Need to have a strong stomach to be yelled at occasionally and stay calm.
