Pros

Fast Hiring, hour long lunch breaks, they bought us pizza one time

Cons

Constant Ear Infections due to both not providing cleaning equipment for headsets and the fact that there was no way to protect headphones from other CSRs from just exchanging them willy nilly. Also training was poor, they give a presentation explaining what to do, but there is no training on the technical aspect of the job like navigating the menus in order to make specific changes to a customer's account.

The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

Cons

When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
