unwelcoming office - if you're a new joiner or a former employee who's going through offboarding, you won't have a card to tap in or out. They instruct you to register at reception but you'll be provided with a literally piece of paper as a visitor's pass. You can knock all you want as there are no one sitting near the doors. You'll get in if someone happens to go out or in. Problematic communication from HR - they'll make any HR process (tax, work permit ...) unbearable. They never provide a clear communication or timely response. I was even yelled at by a Senior HR when I followed up with her on a process that she's in charge of... As a matter of fact, a lot of decent companies in the country has blacklisted Startek due to their attitude
