Pros
Good atmosphere. Pay is decent for the work. Definitely a call center job overall, so be prepared to talk with customers all day long.
Cons
The skew towards mainly afternoon/night shifts. It's not bad for a night owl like me or someone doing school in the morning, but I see where it may not be everyone's cup of tea.
