Training provided is insufficient The computers are slow and always have technical issues The chairs on Starhub floor are terrible, Get ready to have a backache. Low salary despite having to work on some weekends and public holidays. Had to deal with Singapore customers who are snobbish, arrogant and unreasonable. Get ready to be treated like trash.
