Pros
I have worked for Statco now going on 4 years. I am relatively young in the company and have seen a lot of opportunity to grow. If you work hard and have drive they really do support you and want to see you succeed. I have been promoted twice since I have been here already. They also have great benefits including 401k match and profit sharing along with great medical benefits. I have also of heard of situations where the owners have personally helped employees outside of work if they are going through rough times. Overall just a good company and I see myself being here for a long time!
Cons
I have heard people complain about some of the old managers before I started working here but it seems that they are all gone now so no complaints.
