Mixed signals. While you are working are you being told that you doing an amazing job but during meetings you are being told something something completely different. Supervisor’s do not help with doctors list. The agents are getting more added to their plates. The required amount an agent is to do is 140 patients per an 8 hour period. However the number of patients and doctors: agent ratio is going up on a daily basis with out appropriate coverage. Some people are reporting over 200 plus patients to call. Agents have been told on multiple occassions that there is no reason for overtime. When it comes right down to it that is not true. The workers are over worked, exhausted, and stressed out. There is no family work balance at all. They promise that this is the most important part. There are the same agents who stay over daily but others leave at exactly 4pm or 5pm on the nose even when there are providers that need to completed. The supervisors do not step in and help with the overages until its to late. They mainly post "encouraging" words in the chats to "encourage" to keep going. Which is not helpful. Supervisors are supposed to be there to pick up the slack. Other work places do not have as many meetings as what the supervisors do.
