Cons
During my time at Statrys, I experienced a highly toxic and unhealthy work environment. Despite the advertised flexible culture and perks like Tuesday free lunches, the reality was far from positive.
The leadership style is micromanaging and disrespectful. I witnessed the CEO openly belittle employees during meetings, often raising his voice and adopting an extremely condescending tone. The co-owner frequently used unprofessional language, micromanaged excessively, and created a stressful atmosphere.
The workplace culture fosters fear rather than collaboration, and employees are treated more like schoolchildren than trusted professionals. Unfortunately, these issues overshadow any positive aspects the company may offer.
I would not recommend working here unless significant cultural improvements are made. Don't be misled by surface-level benefits. The environment is far from supportive or empowering.
