- The management is excellent - Flexible working hours - Great holiday allowance - Great office atmosphere and communication between departments. There is a real sense of equality and that everyone is working towards the same overall goal. - There is a lot of room for progression and growth - There is a good sense of momentum in the company since I joined 2 years ago. There are always new developments and I'm excited to see where it goes. - The Christmas party and business outings, in general, are very fun.

- The location is somewhat inconvenient if you don't drive, the buses are often full. - Would like to see some more entertainment amenities -

How a software company should be. Great people working on a popular product that plays a big role in a global market. I have been here for 4 years now. Time has flown. Surely a good sign. - Competent and friendly management - The company is growing. No chance of becoming bored - All team members can equally provide input into how to approach things - Use of best-in-class tools - Free coffee, snacks, strategy planning days, company nights etc. - Flexible working schedule for work/life balance - Very flexible in regards to holidays (Unlimited holiday days)
