I started working at Statusphere in 2018 but have been consulting for the company since it was just an idea. I fell in love with the founder, the business model and the growth opportunity so much that I left my previous job to join the Statusphere journey and have loved every minute of it. Pros: -I feel the impact of my work everyday; I get to help build a company from the ground up and I've learned a lot along the way -Very collaborative, friendly, forward-thinking, open-minded environment, diverse mindsets & experience -Everyone has a strong work ethic but is friendly and approachable, and I feel there is a foundation of respect for each other -The leadership team is very transparent and takes opportunities to get feedback and gather ideas from all team members; They're very personable and always have a positive, solution-focused attitude -Love the perks like unlimited PTO/flexible work schedule, professional coaching, 401(k) program, health insurance, generous maternity leave -Fun industry with lots of growth happening

Cons: -Fast-paced environment with lots of things coming up each week/each month to tackle -Many of us wear a lot of hats to get things done as we keep up with the fast growth of the company
