The only pro is that the location is close to a mall and I was required to write something
Cons
This was the worst work environment I have ever experienced. The CEO is a narcasitoc bully who leads by intimidation. The culture is unfriendly and depressing. Hours are long and pay is low. HR is useless enforcing questionable polices and seem to get a kick in reprimanding employees for nonsense.

Quite a rant…we hope you found an employer that shares your views and ideally that company is close to a mall.
The location is good, near the mall. Some really nice coworkers.
Cons
No clear direction, rude management, no hybrid work, despite being in nearly empty building in desperate need of updating with a road that floods out frequently.
